PR1MA @ Jalan Jubilee

PR1MA@Jalan Jubilee consists of 1 block of 543 residential units (31 storeys) located off Jalan Loke Yew, Kuala Lumpur and is part of the affordable housing scheme under the Government’s PR1MA housing scheme.

The design aims to break the norm of conventional public housing by exploring means of opportunity to reach a generous, economic and sustainable way of social living through incorporating pockets of public spaces and green areas at intermediate floors. Meanwhile, all units are connected through an open corridor with the intention to utilize natural lights and air flow with the objective to create a sustainable living in the long run.
